Founded in 1986 by our Managing Director Mona Evangeline Fabian, a retired Military Nurse of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and the late Dr. Abd Monem Al Assal, an Obstetrician-Gynecologist and former Director of a Hospital in Saudi Arabia. Our company was built on a strong foundation of healthcare expertise and a commitment to service. With backgrounds in managing a clinic and hospital in Saudi Arabia, they brought extensive knowledge in human resource management, recruitment, and employee relations to the organization.

Ret. Capt. Mona Evangeline Fabian is a registered nurse with a distinguished career in neuropsychiatric nursing in the Philippines. She also served as a clinical instructor, further enhancing her leadership in both healthcare and education. These experiences shaped her vision for establishing a trusted manpower and recruitment company that upholds the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.
